At that particular event, Rubens paid tribute to the late great Ayrton Senna, who lost his life a year earlier at Imola, by recreating Ayrton's iconic helmet design underneath his own. This configuration was used once more by Barrichello at the 2011 Brazilian Grand-Prix, the driver's very last entry in Formula 1, driving for Williams-Cosworth.
